SANDOW MEDIA NAMES PATRICK WILLIAMS PUBLISHER OF WORTH MAGAZINE

New York, NY (August 29, 2008) - Sandow Media today announced the appointment of Patrick Williams to the position of vice president and publisher of Worth magazine, the financial magazine targeted to ultra-affluent consumers, acquired by Sandow Media in February 2008.

"Sandow is absolutely thrilled to welcome Patrick on board to lead our advertising and business development efforts here at Worth," said Adam I. Sandow, CEO of Sandow Media. "He brings an impeccable track record of leadership and success, most recently demonstrated at Condé Nast Portfolio and before that during his 14 years at The Economist. Patrick will fill a critical role as we move to rebrand Worth and have the publication reach its ultimate potential in the marketplace," added Mr. Sandow, who recently relocated the entire Worth team to the penthouse floor of the Banks Building overlooking Bryant Park.

"I've always respected Worth as a great brand that has consistently delivered unique and important personal financial journalism, and I'm delighted to be a part of expanding its legacy," said Mr. Williams.

Mr. Williams also currently serves as the president of The Financial Communications Society, a notfor- profit organization that strives to build better relations among financial companies, their agencies, and the media. Born in Tullamore, Ireland, Mr. Williams was educated in England. He lives in Manhattan with his wife, Susannah, and their three children.
